Summary
This study looks at how body composition (muscle vs fat) affects physical performance in college cheerleaders and dancers who are at a normal weight. Researchers will measure jump height, muscle strength, sleep quality, and nutrition habits over 7 days. The goal is to understand why some normal-weight athletes may have lower energy or performance than others.
