Summary
This study looks at whether a patient's muscle and fat measurements from a CT scan can help doctors adjust chemotherapy doses to reduce severe side effects like low white blood cell counts. Researchers will study 294 women with endometrial or ovarian cancer to see if using body composition data leads to fewer hospital visits and better quality of life. The goal is to create a tool that personalizes chemo dosing beyond standard body surface area calculations.
