Summary
This study tested whether adding body awareness exercises to standard physical therapy helps older adults. 73 participants aged 60-80 did an 8-week program focusing on gentle movement, breathing, and posture. Researchers wanted to see if this approach improved physical function like balance and walking, as well as mood and life satisfaction.
