Snakes & ladders game aims to hydrate school kids
NCT ID NCT07212309
Summary
This study tested whether a fun, educational board game could help young children learn about and practice better hydration. Researchers had 240 first-grade students in Tunisia play a special version of 'Snakes and Ladders' with water-themed messages once a week for six weeks. They measured if the game improved the kids' knowledge about drinking water and their actual water-drinking habits during school.
