BioNTech tests new weapon in fight against aggressive lung cancer

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BNT327, given alongside standard chemotherapy, for people with a fast-growing type of lung cancer called small-cell lung cancer. It is for two groups: people who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer, and people whose cancer has returned after previous treatment. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it helps shrink tumors.
