NCT ID NCT07079631

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug (BNT314) designed to help the immune system attack cancer, combined with another immune-boosting drug (BNT327) and chemotherapy. It is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that did not respond well to initial treatment or, in one part, for those who have not yet had any treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth.
