Summary

This study tests a Behavioral Modification Working (BMW) Toolkit designed to help pregnant women with both gestational diabetes and high blood pressure. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar and blood pressure in 220 women who use the toolkit compared to those who don't. The goal is to see if this simple, behavior-focused approach can improve health outcomes during pregnancy.
