Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called BMS-986504 in Japanese and Chinese patients with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic deletion called MTAP. The main goals are to check how safe the drug is, how well patients tolerate it, and how the drug moves through the body. This is a first-in-human study for this specific population, focusing on establishing initial safety before testing effectiveness.
