Summary

This early-stage study is testing an experimental drug called BMS-986488, both alone and in combination with other therapies, in people with advanced cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and tolerable, and to see if it shows any signs of fighting the cancer. The study is enrolling 437 adults with specific advanced solid tumors including kidney, lung, colorectal, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers.
