New cancer drug enters human testing for advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first human trial of a new cancer drug called BMS-986484. Researchers are testing it alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (nivolumab) in 213 people with advanced solid tumors, including lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers. The main goal is to find safe doses and see how the body handles the drug, while also checking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
