New drug combo tested for tough-to-treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BMS-986482, given alone or with other medicines, for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. About 413 adults will take part to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. The goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects.
