Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BMS-986463 in people with advanced ovarian, uterine, or lung cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 240 adults will take part, and researchers will also watch for any tumor shrinkage.
