Summary

This study tests a new drug called BMS-986458, which works by breaking down a protein that helps lymphoma cells grow. It is being tested alone or with other lymphoma drugs in people whose non-Hodgkin lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The trial aims to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 460 adults will take part across multiple centers.
