New hope for tough lymphoma: experimental drug targets cancer from inside

Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug, BMS-986458, in people with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapies. The drug works by breaking down a protein inside cancer cells that helps them grow. Researchers will test it alone and with other lymphoma drugs to find safe doses and see if it shrinks tumors. About 308 adults will take part.
