First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called BMS-986453 for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) that target two proteins on cancer cells to attack them. About 187 participants will receive the therapy to find the safest dose and see how well it works, while monitoring side effects.
