New cancer drug tested in early safety trial
NCT ID NCT04349267
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called BMS-986315, both by itself and combined with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors. The main goals were to check the safety of the drug and see what side effects occurred at different doses. Researchers also looked for early signs that the treatment might help shrink tumors in patients with specific advanced cancers.
