Summary

This study tests an experimental drug (BMS-986158) alone or combined with standard therapies (ruxolitinib or fedratinib) in about 216 adults with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. The goal is to check safety and whether the drug can shrink an enlarged spleen and improve symptoms. Participants must have tried prior treatments and be willing to use contraception.
