Summary

This study tests a personalized treatment program for leg swelling (lymphedema) that occurs after gynecologic cancer surgery. The program uses a patient's body mass index (BMI) to tailor care, based on the meridian-lymphatic axis theory. Researchers will compare this approach to standard therapy in 60 women to see if it better reduces swelling, improves symptoms, and enhances quality of life over six months.
