Summary

This early-phase study tests a new daily pill called BMF-500 in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment. The drug targets a specific genetic change (FLT3 mutation) found in some leukemias. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can help control the disease.
