Summary
This study tested a new way to rebuild lost jaw bone in 7 patients. Doctors took bone marrow from the patient, concentrated the cells, and placed them on a custom 3D-printed scaffold. The goal was to grow enough bone to support dental implants in the front of the mouth. Results measured bone width gain and new bone formation after 6 months.
