Summary
This study is gathering information from 300 adults who have a blunt injury to the main artery in the chest (the thoracic aorta). Researchers will look at how the injury is found, treated, and how patients recover over time. No new treatments or tests are given—the goal is to learn from real-world care to improve future outcomes.
