Summary
This study tested whether special blue-blocking glasses can reduce eye strain caused by using computers and phones. 25 adults wore either the new glasses or regular glasses while working on screens, and researchers measured changes in eye fatigue and vision. The goal was to see if these glasses help protect eyes and make screen time more comfortable.
