Could your own blood be the cure for stubborn hives?
NCT ID NCT07486583
Summary
This study is testing if a treatment using a patient's own blood can better control chronic hives that don't respond well to standard allergy medications. It will compare the blood therapy plus high-dose allergy pills against the pills alone in 40 adults. Researchers will track how severe the hives are and measure certain substances in the blood to understand how the treatment might work.
