New blood test aims to make colon cancer screening easier
NCT ID NCT05987709
Summary
This study tested whether offering a simple blood test could help more people get screened for colon cancer. It involved over 2,000 adults aged 45-75 who were overdue for their screening. Researchers compared how many people completed screening when offered the blood test versus when they just received the usual reminder to do a stool test.
