Could a simple blood test track a rare cancer?
NCT ID NCT06089941
Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of blood test can be used to monitor a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Researchers will analyze DNA from tumors that circulates in the blood of 45 patients who are newly diagnosed or whose cancer has returned. The goal is to see if this 'liquid biopsy' method is a feasible and informative way to track the disease.
