Simple blood test could spot silent throat cancer years early

NCT ID NCT06528353

Summary

This study aims to see if two simple blood tests can find HPV-related throat cancers early, before symptoms appear. It will enroll 10,000 men aged 50 and older with no symptoms. If successful, this could lead to a national screening program to catch these cancers sooner and improve treatment outcomes.
