Blood test could predict Cancer's return before scans show it
NCT ID NCT07283575
Summary
This study is testing if a special blood test can help doctors see how well treatment is working for advanced colorectal cancer and predict if the cancer will come back. Researchers will track nearly 500 patients receiving radiation and chemotherapy, with or without immunotherapy, by checking their blood at different times. The goal is to see if changes in the blood test results can give an earlier or more accurate picture of treatment success than standard scans.
