Blood test could personalize cancer care, help doctors decide when to change treatment
NCT ID NCT07394218
Summary
This study is testing if a simple blood test can help doctors make better treatment decisions for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread. Researchers will track tiny pieces of cancer DNA in the blood to see if changes can predict how well a treatment is working early on. Based on the blood test results, some participants may have their treatment plan adjusted, with the goal of improving how long the cancer stays under control.
