Blood test could spot lingering cancer after tough treatments
NCT ID NCT07178847
Summary
This study aims to find out if a simple blood test can detect leftover cancer cells after patients finish their main treatment for advanced head and neck cancer. Researchers will check blood samples from 59 patients one and three months after their treatment ends. They want to see if the blood test results match up with how well the patient is actually doing, to learn if it could be a useful future tool for doctors.
