Blood test could replace guesswork in finding EoE food triggers

NCT ID NCT07023380

Summary

This study is testing a new blood test designed to identify which specific foods trigger eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) in children. Researchers will compare the blood test results against standard endoscopy procedures to see if the test accurately predicts food allergies. The goal is to help families identify problem foods without needing as many invasive procedures.
