Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test can find specific genetic changes in advanced bile duct cancer, which is often hard to biopsy. Researchers will enroll 100 patients to see if the blood test results match traditional tissue tests and if they can help predict how well treatments work. The goal is to see if this less invasive test can help doctors choose the best targeted therapy for each patient.
