Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test can be as good as a tissue biopsy at finding specific genetic changes in advanced bile duct cancer. Researchers will enroll 200 patients to see if the blood test results match the traditional tissue test and if they help doctors choose the right targeted therapy. The goal is to make it easier and faster to get the genetic information needed for personalized treatment.
