Summary
This study examines how blood sugar levels at the time of a stroke procedure (mechanical thrombectomy) affect brain recovery in 100 adults with acute stroke. Researchers will measure glucose during treatment and check functional outcomes after 3 months. The goal is to understand if controlling blood sugar can reduce brain damage and improve recovery.
