New blood filter aims to prevent organ failure in severe burns

Summary
This study tests a blood-filtering device (Efferon LPS) in 50 adults with severe burns to see if it can reduce organ damage. Participants will either receive standard care or standard care plus the filter. The goal is to lower the need for blood pressure support and improve recovery.
