Summary

This study looks at donated blood to see if it contains high levels of a protein called pTau217, which is linked to Alzheimer's disease. Researchers want to know if blood with high pTau217 could be risky for people who receive transfusions. The study will test 250 blood samples from donors to measure this protein.
