New shot aims to stop high blood pressure before it starts

Summary
This study tests a new shot (DBPS) to lower blood pressure in people with prehypertension, a condition where blood pressure is higher than normal but not yet full hypertension. About 198 adults aged 18-65 will receive either the shot or a placebo for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if the shot can safely reduce blood pressure and prevent progression to more serious heart problems.
