Summary

This study aimed to find the most effective doses of two common blood pressure medications (norepinephrine and phenylephrine) to prevent a dangerous drop in blood pressure after spinal anesthesia. It involved 60 pregnant women with preeclampsia who were having a planned cesarean section. The goal was to determine the dose that works for 90% of patients, helping doctors better manage this common and serious complication.
