New drug combo tested to keep Moms' blood pressure stable during C-Sections

Summary

This study aims to find the best drug combination to prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure when women receive spinal anesthesia for planned cesarean sections. Researchers will compare using two drugs together (norepinephrine and ephedrine) against using just one (norepinephrine alone). The goal is to keep blood pressure stable and heart rate normal for 260 healthy pregnant women in Egypt undergoing planned C-sections.
