Summary

This study aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of two different blood pressure medications, sacubitril/allisartan and amlodipine, in adults who are overweight or obese and have high blood pressure. About 104 participants will take one of the two medications daily for 8 weeks, with doctors checking their blood pressure and health at regular visits. The goal is to see which medication helps control blood pressure better in this specific group of people.
