NCT ID NCT07485998

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This observational study will check how often older adults (65+) in the hospital experience a sudden drop in blood pressure when they stand up or after a meal. Researchers will track 500 participants for up to a year to see if these drops are linked to medications, other health conditions, and risks like falls or fainting. The goal is to better understand these common but often overlooked problems.
