Summary
This study will look back at medical records from over 1,600 adults who had hip, knee, or shoulder replacement surgery. The goal is to measure how much blood they lost and see which surgical techniques or medications helped reduce that loss. Researchers hope to find the best ways to manage blood loss during these common operations.
