Summary

This study tests a special exercise method called blood flow restricted (BFR) training to reduce pain in people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers want to see if adding BFR to standard rehab helps people feel better and return to activities sooner. The study plans to enroll 250 adults aged 18-65 with confirmed tennis elbow.
