New exercise technique tested for Menopause-Related bladder leaks
NCT ID NCT07322250
Summary
This study is testing whether adding blood flow restriction bands to the thighs during pelvic floor exercises helps reduce stress urinary incontinence in postmenopausal women. Researchers will compare two groups of 60 women: one doing standard pelvic exercises with biofeedback, and another doing the same exercises with the bands. The main goal is to see if this approach better reduces leakage episodes and improves quality of life.
