Summary
This study looks at whether blood flow restriction training—a type of exercise that uses a cuff to limit blood flow—can reduce stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising) in women after menopause. The study will include 60 postmenopausal women with mild to moderate symptoms. Researchers will measure changes in symptom severity and quality of life over the study period.
