First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of exercise that partly restricts blood flow to the muscles can reduce stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising) in women after menopause. About 60 women with mild to moderate symptoms will try this training. The goal is to see if it improves symptoms, quality of life, and self-esteem.
