Gentle cuff training may boost strength in brittle bone disease

Summary

This study tests a low-intensity exercise program using a blood flow restriction cuff in 40 adults with osteogenesis imperfecta type I (brittle bone disease). The goal is to see if it safely improves muscle mass, bone health, and quality of life without causing fractures. Participants will do home exercises 2-3 times a week for 12 weeks, and results will be compared to standard care.
