First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a safe, low-intensity exercise program using inflatable cuffs on the legs to improve muscle, bone, and quality of life in 40 adults with osteogenesis imperfecta type I (a mild form of brittle bone disease). Participants will do simple home exercises 2-3 times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can build strength without risking fractures.
