NCT ID NCT06949995
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether using a blood flow restriction cuff along with light exercise helps amateur runners recover better after a run compared to just resting. About 34 runners will take part, and researchers will measure muscle strength, soreness, and other recovery signs. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to bounce back after a workout.
