Can a 'Blood Flow' trick heal tennis elbow faster?
NCT ID NCT07351942
Summary
This study is testing a specific type of exercise therapy for tennis elbow, a painful condition of the forearm. Researchers want to see if doing low-intensity exercises while wearing a special cuff that slightly restricts blood flow is more effective than doing the same exercises without the cuff. The goal is to find a better way to reduce pain and improve strength and function for people with this common problem.
