Summary
This study tested whether adding a blood flow restriction tourniquet to standard physical therapy helps people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). 41 adults received either standard therapy or standard therapy plus the cuff. Researchers measured pain and function changes over 12 months using a special tennis elbow questionnaire.
