Could a tight cuff during light exercise ease your shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT07232511

Summary

This study is testing a technique called blood flow restriction (BFR) exercise to see if it can provide immediate pain relief for people with chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff issues. Thirty participants will try four different versions of a light shoulder exercise, each using a special cuff that applies different levels of pressure to partially restrict blood flow. Researchers will measure how much each version reduces pain at rest and during movement, and how well people tolerate the exercise.
