Could a tight cuff during light exercise ease your shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07232511
Summary
This study is testing whether restricting blood flow with a special cuff during light shoulder exercises helps reduce pain more effectively. Researchers will compare four different pressure levels on the cuff while 30 people with chronic rotator cuff pain perform the same exercises. The goal is to find which pressure setting provides the best pain relief and is most comfortable for patients.
